Fellow Alchemists!
Not going to Pre-Heat? Looking for something fun to occupy your
Saturday afternoon and evening on April 19th?? Want to share your
fabulous ideas with other Alchemists? Well, if I dont have just the
answer for you.
Those of us down in the trenches of Alchemy planning are going to have
a Team Lead meeting, followed by a Board meeting on April 19, 2008.
Immediately following those meetings we are going to eat, laugh, spin
some fire and talk about all things Alchemy. We invite you to all
three events!
The Team Lead Meeting- 1pm
Board Meeting- 3pm
Art Team Meeting- 5pm (after the board meeting)
*** The Art Team meeting is going to specifically focus on the Fundraiser. What the committees each need to do, flyers and virtual ideas, as well as put all the wonderful stuff together that we will have that night.
If you are interested in joining one of the fundraiser committees, helping us throw an AWESOME ART PARTY, we look forward to seeing you at the meeting!
Potluck to start directly after those meetings have ended.
Bring you, your family, your fire toys, your ideas, your participation
and your energy. Oh, and a dish to share. We will be firing up the
grill if you would like to bring a meat or a meat substitute to throw
on there. The only things my household is providing is the place, the
grill, the ice, some tea and our own side dishes. Its BYOB, well, its
bring your own mostly everything. :)
This is a practice LEAVE NO TRACE event- ie bring your own dishes and
flatware and cups- I hate paper plates and I cant wash dishes for all
of you. :) The trash will remain with us.
Our house is family friendly, we have games and such for the kiddies
if want to bring them with you.
Parking on my street is at a premium, so carpool if you can.

Call or email me if you need directions or you get lost on the way.
Google and MapQuest both have issues at times. If the directions tell
you to get off at Exit 8 on 575, you need to turn right, not left.
