You can hang out here and on the Transforma discussion mailing list and watch out for news of more tickets being available. There's a second round of ticketing coming up, and as you say, some people will get an invite and then not be able to go. Every year, some of these tickets pop up as it gets closer to the event.

Don't give up. Keep checking all the lists. Most people who have tix for sale will not go to the "tickets wanted" list, but will post their tix for sale and sell to the first responder.
Most aftermarket tix
will be sold closer to the event. Last year people were posting tix for sale
just a few days before Transformus opened the gates. Some people find out that
they (or their friends they bought tix for ) can't go so late in the game that they are
unable to sell them. Last year 1,500 tickets were sold, but less
than 1,400 wrist bands issued. This may be some sort of accounting error,
or it may mean that there were over 100 unused tickets.

I did personally see a guy pull an unused ticket out of his pocket on Saturday.
Said his buddy flaked on him on Friday and it was too late to find a buyer.
Anybody else have info on this sort of thing from last year?
