Our first 5-workshop series was a success, and the second series is underway. If you are interested in joining us, you can show up for any class. If you missed class 1, it's not too late to join. Sorry for not making this announcement earlier!

Classes are from 3:30p to 5p at Jai Shanti Yoga or Candler Park (on nice days). Check out www.jaishantiyoga.com and/or sign up for announcements for updates.

1: April 6, Basic spinning and turns.
2: April 20, Butterfly motion, thread the needle, waves
3: May 4, Weave motion, chases, 5 beat weaves, reels, waist wraps
4: May 18, Inside planes, buzzsaw, inversions
5: June 1, Variations, isolations, flowers, antispins

For workshops 2, 3, and 4, we will be meeting in the park, and those dates may have to be moved for rain.

As always, I try my hardest to structure the classes so that any one can come to any class. Just because it's a series doesn't mean you have to start at class 1 and make it to every one in the series.
